These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 395bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the 395bet website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services.

By accessing the 395bet platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

• You must be registering as a private individual acting on your own behalf, and not as a representative of any commercial entity.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed with 395bet or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address.

395bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

395bet does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law. It is the sole responsibility of the player to verify their local legal position before registering with 395bet.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 395bet login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time authentication codes. You must not share your account access with any other person under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your 395bet account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have previously reported a security breach to our support team via the contact details provided in Section 14 of these Terms.

• You must use a strong, unique password for your 395bet account and change it immediately if you suspect it has been compromised.

395bet will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 395bet that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All financial transactions on 395bet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 395bet supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, standard bank transfer, and cash deposit channels as made available on the platform from time to time.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on 395bet is Rs 500. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within seconds of confirmation by the relevant payment processor. 395bet does not impose deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to a mandatory identity verification check. 395bet will process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform. • Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into the same 395bet account, or to a verified bank account held in your own name.
• 395bet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing review before withdrawal approval.

395bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and seasonal PSL-related offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered on 395bet unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement — typically expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x) — before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Uncompleted bonus balances expire at the end of the validity window.
• 395bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already claimed in good faith.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or systematic exploitation of offer mechanics — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in permanent account closure.

All bets placed on 395bet are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant product category — sports betting, live casino, slots, or crash games. Product-specific rules are published within each game or betting market and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following general betting rules apply across all 395bet products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 395bet does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been successfully placed and accepted by the platform.
• 395bet reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including manifest pricing errors or technical display errors that resulted in odds materially different from the intended market price.
• In the event of a technical failure affecting a live game, 395bet will resolve the affected bets in accordance with its technical failure policy, which prioritises fairness to the player.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. Current limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of placement.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. For cricket, PSL results are determined by the official Pakistan Super League match results.

395bet uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all casino and slot games. RNG certification is maintained through independent third-party testing and auditing on an ongoing basis.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 395bet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on 395bet.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, software, or any automated system to interact with the 395bet platform in place of genuine human play.
• Arbitrage and exploit betting: Systematically exploiting pricing errors, bonus structures, or promotional mechanics in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational play.
• Money laundering: Using the 395bet platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origins of funds through wagering activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider in relation to legitimate 395bet deposits.
• Underage access: Attempting to access or use the 395bet platform while under the age of 21.

395bet is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly within your account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and result in the full suspension of your 395bet account for a minimum period of six months. During a self-exclusion period, you may not re-register or create a new account on 395bet.

• Deposit and loss limits take effect immediately upon setting and can only be reduced — not increased — without a mandatory 24-hour delay.
• Cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days are available at any time without requiring full self-exclusion.
• If 395bet identifies behavioural patterns consistent with problem gambling — including rapid successive deposits, erratic wagering patterns, or distress-related communications — the platform may apply protective restrictions to the affected account proactively.

395bet strictly enforces its 21+ age policy through mandatory identity verification on all accounts. Players who are found to have provided false age information will have their accounts permanently closed and any winnings forfeited.

All content on the 395bet platform — including but not limited to the 395bet brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of 395bet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 395bet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any 395bet content without express written permission.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the 395bet software or platform architecture.
• Using the 395bet brand name, logo, or trademarks in connection with any third-party product, service, or communication.
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the 395bet platform for commercial purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 395bet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the 395bet platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity conducted on the platform.
• Technical failures, connectivity interruptions, or platform downtime that affect the placement or settlement of bets.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the 395bet platform.

395bet makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect platform availability from time to time.

395bet collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately on this platform and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on 395bet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

395bet will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party payment processors and identity verification providers is limited to what is strictly necessary to facilitate the services you have requested and to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Your continued use of the 395bet platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform before the effective date of the change.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 395bet holds its international gaming licence.
