Wagering / Rollover Requirement
This is the number of times you must bet your bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings. A 10x rollover on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you need to wager Rs 10,000 in total before cashout is allowed. Lower rollover is always better.
Example: Claim Rs 500 bonus with 15x rollover → you must place Rs 7,500 in bets before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings.
Maximum Bet During Bonus
When you have an active bonus, there is usually a cap on how much you can bet per round or per bet slip. Exceeding this limit can void your bonus entirely. At 395bet, the standard cap is typically Rs 250–500 per bet when using bonus funds.
Example: If your bonus has a Rs 300 max bet rule, placing a Rs 1,000 bet with bonus funds active may result in the bonus being forfeited.
Game Contribution Rate
Different games contribute different percentages toward clearing your rollover. Slots usually count 100%, while table games like blackjack or baccarat may only count 10–20%. Crash games and sports bets each have their own contribution rates listed in the T&C.
Example: Rs 1,000 wagered on slots clears Rs 1,000 of rollover. Rs 1,000 on roulette (20% contribution) only clears Rs 200.
Bonus Expiry Window
Every bonus has an expiry date. If you do not meet the rollover requirement within the given window, the bonus and any associated winnings are removed from your account. Typical windows at 395bet are 7, 14, or 30 days depending on the promotion.
Example: A 7-day bonus claimed on Monday expires the following Sunday at midnight, regardless of how much rollover you have completed.
Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonus
A sticky bonus stays in your account as a wagering tool but cannot itself be withdrawn — only the winnings generated from it can be cashed out. A non-sticky bonus is credited separately and can be withdrawn once rollover is cleared. Most welcome bonuses are non-sticky.
Example: Sticky Rs 500 bonus → you win Rs 1,200. You can withdraw Rs 700 (winnings only). The Rs 500 bonus itself disappears on cashout.
Maximum Cash-out Limit
Some bonuses cap the total amount you can withdraw from bonus-derived winnings, regardless of how much you actually win. Always check this figure before claiming — it is usually expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 5x bonus amount) or a fixed PKR figure.
Example: A bonus with a Rs 5,000 max cash-out means even if you turn Rs 500 bonus into Rs 20,000 in winnings, you can only withdraw Rs 5,000.
